Speaker 1:I can say I think I'm about to steal your nickname For just quite a little bit, but go ahead and start out with WWE Raw On Netflix. First episode on Netflix and, like I said, I gotta be a little bit of a hater. I hated it, man. I didn't enjoy it. If you're telling me give it a 1 out of 10, I give it a 4. I didn't think it was that enjoyable. Probably the biggest reason why I didn't like it is because of the Rock.
Speaker 2:Really why you don't like it? Because of the Rock. Let me go ahead and elaborate.
Speaker 1:I love the Rock. I even love the final boss even more, but what we got on Monday was not the final boss. He looked like the final boss. He looked like the final boss. He basically all cool with Cody Rose. Now he basically came out and awarded Roman Reigns with the UfL. My issue, basically what I'm saying, is it's clearly that the Rock is not going to be at WrestleMania and I'm upset about that.

Speaker 1:No, I mean the whole show. I gave it a four. No, I mean the whole show I really didn't enjoy. I mean I don't know why it was only four matches. I feel like not a lot happened. The stuff was predictable.
Speaker 1:Undertaker came out, gave Rhea Ripley a nice little rub cool. Hulk Hogan came out, he got booed as he should've. Cool, he shouldn't have been out there anyways. But I mean it wasn't nothing really excited me. I'm just sitting here and seeing what's going on. Nothing moved the needle for me. The best thing about it for me, from my perspective, is the presentation was bomb. Netflix is doing their thing with that presentation. Well, wwe is doing their thing with this Netflix presentation. Outside of that, I didn't enjoy the show. I mean the match was good. Roman Reigns' solo saccade was good. Liv Morgan, rhea Ripley was okay. Drew McIntyre, jey Uso was good I do got a question about that here in a little bit and CM Punk and Seth Rollins they did their thing. But I don't know, I just wasn't feeling it. I guess I don't know. I just wasn't feeling it. I gave it a four.
Speaker 2:Okay, cool, I disagree. I ain't saying it's a 10. I think I would give it a seven. I think I would give it a seven. I do think for it to only have been four matches, but it was three hours.
Speaker 1:I felt every bit of that three hours.
Speaker 2:Yeah, you did feel the three hours, but what he did was him being Triple H. He gave all them matches time to cook. None of them matches felt rushed. All of those matches had the opportunity to get their shit off and show what wrestling is. They ain't want to jam pack a bunch of stuff into a show they might have. He got with a bunch of rumors with a bunch of wrestlers, the way the wrestlers said it. He didn't apologize for doing it. He apologized for getting caught. He apologized that the camera was there and basically told them told them people. He didn't apologize for doing it. He apologized for getting caught. So, yeah, I mean that's why he going to get booed for the rest of his life. That's the thing With WWE. They kept mentioning or rumoring him to be like a make appearances. I don't know For Triple H to be online and be reading the room. He missed the boat on that one. Nobody wanted to see.

Speaker 2:Hogan? Definitely not. Don't even associate him with your brand at this point, because it's going to do more harm than good.
Speaker 1:He is not the Hulk Hogan of yesteryear. Well, nobody cares about him. It makes no sense to not have Stone Cold. Steve Austin, he has a beard. Put his beard out there. Don't put Hulk Hogan's beard out there. Come on, you got Stone Cold Hulk Hogan. Since we're here speaking of the sponsors, how do you feel about the mat with the sponsors on it? Did you notice it? Did it stand out, or did you just like get it? How do you feel about it?

Speaker 1:Then afterwards I couldn. If I was WWE, I would put Netflix in the middle and Fortnite on the bottom. I feel like that would be better, but I didn't really notice it after a while. I'm just hey, I'm sure they're getting their money for it, but I hope whoever the brand is that's paying for it ain't paying too much for it, because after a while you forget that they's even there.

Speaker 1:I will say one thing that this show did do. It has tempted me to get to Netflix with no ads because there was some stuff some nothing too crazy, but they did have stuff that happened while ads was playing. New Day had a little thing that I didn't see on Netflix but I had to see on Twitter. They did tempt me to go deeper in my pockets and pay for the no ads. I don't know how to do it, but I got tempted to do it.

It's just you brought up the New Day At some point. The New Day is going to have to talk. Are the fans ever going to let them? Mattel?

Speaker 1:You overrated but before you ask me, before we swing back to the rock, I want to swing to this Jey Uso Drew McIntyre match. I really don't even want to talk about the match. My question to you what was your reaction when Travis Scott pulled out the joint? I didn't think I wasn't. I didn't think my eyes were seeing what I was seeing.
Speaker 2:It's Netflix, so Netflix, you could get away with certain stuff, you could do certain things. I know in my head they was like bro, come on, bro, no, bro, no. I feel like they had to know, and I feel like Triple H talked about it in the post I was going to say post-game press conference, the post post-game press conference. Speaker 2:But they did that the whole night. That whole night, like you said, that whole night was predictable. You knew Roman was going to win. You knew Rhea was going to win, which I don't think Rhea should have won no, I don't either. Okay, cool, jey Uso won. You know why he won because he's over his fan favorite. But then, like I said, he basically got cheated out of victory because he really didn't beat him and then see him put on.

Speaker 2:You knew what it was Now I do. So people was talking about online that they should have switched the matches, like Solo and Roman was the better match and it should have closed out the show.
Speaker 1:It was the better match. But if the Rock was going to attack Roman at the end of the show, it was the better match. But if the Rock was going to attack Roman at the end of the show, at the end of the match, I would say close the show with that. But the Rock was just being all lovey-dovey. All he did was take his glasses off. That's why I was like man, because I'm looking, I wanted to see the Rock, but I want to see the Rock at WrestleMania. I'm sorry, guys. I was trying to see the final boss face either Cody Rhodes or Roman Reigns, either one, I didn't care, I just wanted to see the final boss at WrestleMania. And now it doesn't look like we're going to get it. That's why I was upset.
Speaker 2:You know why he did it. That's why I was going to say we're going to circle back to Roman, I mean the Rock. But you know why he did it. I'm listening, Okay, so from what I the websites and stuff that I be checking in with and the YouTube stuff I be checking in with basically the Rock went to Tribulation and was like make this about John? I don't know, it's his time. Basically, I'm on my own. I don't even know if I'm going to be free this year?

Speaker 1:So yeah. So I mean that makes sense. And John Cena did. He did make an appearance, he did one of those rah-rah promos, how John Cena doing his thing, basically saying getting down on himself, then getting up on himself, saying if I win the Royal Rumble? Pretty much, he declared for the Royal Rumble and I think he might be might as well, got put in the favor to win it.
Speaker 2:Now yeah, either that or elimination chamber.
Speaker 1:Yeah, so John Cena will be in the Royal Rumble. Should be exciting. The first entrant.
Speaker 2:He's the first one to be.
Speaker 1:Yeah, first one to say he's going to be in there. So, hey, you can't see me, man, we'll be there. I was expecting John Cena to set up more of a feud, which he didn't, but he set up more of a feud, which he didn't, but he set up his first match, first match that we know is going to be at the Royal Rumble. I don't know how many matches he's going to do in this full year, but I expect him to do at least some type of matches he's going to do.
Speaker 2:I mean he's going to do For Ma, he's going to be there for the whole year and he's full-time. So, yeah, that's what every pay-per-view is. What's that?
Speaker 1:10?, 11? He'll be there. Yeah, so he'll be there for every pay-per-view. I'm interested in how many weekly television shows he's going to do.

Speaker 1:Oh yeah, I don't know if it's got to be his last match, but it's got to be one last time they got to do it, Maybe even for the title, and I think I know John Cena said he doesn't know about breaking it, but from WWE he's breaking that title, hey because you don't want Ric Flair, because his ass started doing wild shit like, oh yeah, you can't have him being the one to do it.
Speaker 2:Man, matter of fact, I'll let him break it at WrestleMania this year. Shit, or at least SummerSlam One of these John Cena's getting his size because we are going to get this out of the way.
Speaker 1:Because Ric Flair's liable to get canceled any moment. So you got to.

Speaker 1:Never know. But yeah, that was WNF. I'm hoping I expect episode two. It's going to get back to its normal routine, so it should be. I think I should start enjoying it a little bit more. Something I am interested about going forward, though. Triple H basically said the show can be anywhere between 40 minutes to 4 hours. Obviously, it's probably not going to be 40 minutes or 4 hours, but it didn't hit me until it's like 10.58. And I'm looking at Seth and CM Punk. They still don't look like the end is nowhere in sight. And it just hit me like, oh shit, they ain't got no hard out. They can end at 11-0-3 if they wanted to.
Speaker 1:So I'm excited about how they're going to play that out. So, but that's it for WWE. Netflix We'll see. Obviously, friday Night Smackdown is still on USA Network. They still got a lot of rules to abide by. Probably won't be as cool as Netflix. But speaking of people breaking rules, he actually broke some rules and he got a seven-game suspension, jimmy Butler.
Speaker 2:Jimmy.
Speaker 1:Butler basically requested a trade. The Phoenix Suns was high on the radar but again, bradley Bill would have to be in that trade and Bradley Bill has a no trade clause. So I saw earlier today on Get Up Brian Windhorst basically said he expects Jimmy Butler to be back with the Miami Heat. What does Q think?
Speaker 2:Okay, becky Hammond. I'm stealing this directly from Becky Hammond because she said it best when a player tells you he won't out, and he start giving you teams or where he wants to go, you might as well go on training because the situation is over. She said Jimmy Butler right now is like the girl who went on a date with a guy and she realized that she ain't into dude, she's going to play a cordial. I ain't going to do too much, but at the end of the day, me and you both know this ain't going nowhere. So let's go and wrap this up quicker than when we wrapping it up. It's basically what it boils down to.
Speaker 2:I agree with the thing. I agree with Brian, because I heard him say it it's going to be hard to trade Jimmy Butler with all these different aprons and stuff now, with all these different rules and stuff. It's not as easy as you put three players together to trade for one player. You used to do that in the NBA. You can't really do that now. So it's going to be hard to trade Jimmy Butler, but at the same time you can't bring Jimmy Butler back to the locker room knowing he want to be out and y'all just suspended that man for seven games and he lost millions of dollars. How Seven games?

But I don't know who's going to. People have the assets for him but because of the rules, who's going to trade for him? And realistically it's got to be Bradley Beal. But if you're Miami, do you want Bradley Beal? Because the Suns the bench, bradley Beal.

Speaker 1:So, outside the Phoenix Suns, what are the other options for Jimmy Butler?
Speaker 2:Well, they talked about going to State Warriors, but would you trade Kaminga for a 34-, 35-year-old Jimmy Butler?

Speaker 2:And out of reports, jimmy Butler plans on testing free agency this year. So you're basically trading for a rental. So am I giving up Kaminga for that? No, houston already kind of said that they weren't going to do it.
Speaker 1:And also, if I'm Houston, that would mess up your young court.
Speaker 2:And how close are we? That's the question. Are we close enough to trade for Jimmy Butler? Because, let's be real, give Jimmy Butler his credit. He got Miami and some dudes besides him and Bam. He got Miami, bam and some dudes to the finals twice. So give Jimmy Butler his credit. He can turn it on when he want to turn it on. I was going to turn it on, but do you want to send that to Houston? If you're Houston, are you close enough to give up all your assets? Maybe, but not really. You know what I mean. Maybe, but not really. Dallas. For Dallas to do it, they have to trade Clay, because you ain't trading Kyrie or Luka, you ain't trading Luka, so you have to trade Clay. This Miami won't Clay.

We know how this man can be when he's disgruntled and wants to be out.

So I got it actually from Stan Van Gundy when he was talking to the head coach of the Minnesota Timberwolves I'm trying to blank on his name but he said he wants his team to prove that they are a conference final team and not a team that made the conference finals.
Speaker 2:So then I took that for my paces, not a team that made the conference finals. So then I took that with for my paces as well, because we made the conference finals and it's like are we good and are we good enough, currently constituted, to say that we're a conference final candidate contender, or are we just got? Was last year a fluke. And so, looking at the paces, we we was under 500 for most of this season. We've been under 500 most of this season. We are now on 20-18. Four-game win streak. Four-game win streak out of I think we won nine. We done won nine in the past ten. We done won nine in the past ten. So that's why we getting hot at this point With us.
Speaker 2:If I'm being real, are we a conference final contender? I'm going to say it's a small chance. If I had to put a percentage on it, it's like a five. Okay, what I've realized in these past couple games as far as the Indiana faces is Andrew Neumhardt. He might not be, he's not the best player, but he is the most important because he can do it on the offensive end. He can help with Tyrese. You know Tyrese gets a little shaky sometimes. He can also play a combo guard situation and he also plays defense really well, better than I realized he did. He plays defense a lot better than I realized he did. But if I'm being honest about the Indiana Pacers, I'm not 100% sure that we are a conference final contender. I feel like it's a possibility with us.
Speaker 1:Go ahead. I would agree with that statement. I mean, the conference contenders is the Cavs, celtics, knicks and Magic at the moment, but the Bucs looks like they're making a turnaround. But I mean it's Cavs, celtics, knicks, magic, y'all following that next tier with the Bucs. I wouldn't.
Speaker 2:I would put the Magic in that next tier Because at some point this guy, this them winning without their two best players. They want a game versus the Knicks man, you talented player with their four best scoring options, not playing this stuff, go for a while off at some point. Orlando not going to be able to do that all year. Shout out to the coach Moses for him getting it like it, for him to keep winning like this. But come on, bro, it ain't going to keep going out here. I agree.
Speaker 2:So I think it's just three, I think it's just New York, I think it's New York Cavs and Boston as, like, the favorites. But then, like you said, that next turn is the magic, the Bucs and the Pacers. Yep, with the Bucs leaning towards the other tier.

Yeah, we played New York, which Brunson got hurt in the last game, and then everybody was talking about somebody else that had got hurt and I'm like man, he been hurt.
